Fuel Pump Book is a petrol pump management app for India. It replaces the paper shift register: you type each nozzle's closing reading and the cash, and it works out Fuel Sold, the Expected Amount and the Difference for every nozzle and operator.

No. It runs on any Android phone or iPhone in the browser, and you can add it to your home screen like an app. It also works on a laptop or computer if you prefer a bigger screen.

About 10 minutes. You enter your name, your pump, your dispensers and nozzles (for example D-#398 with one Petrol (MS) and one Diesel (HSD) nozzle), and your staff. Then you start your first shift with today's meter readings.

The app uses simple English words that pump owners already use, like Opening Reading, Closing Reading, Cash, Online and Pending Due.

Fuel Sold = Closing Reading − Opening Reading − Test litres. Expected Amount = Fuel Sold × the rate. Collected = Cash + Online + Pending Dues. Difference = Expected − Collected. If the Difference is zero the shift shows Settled; otherwise it shows Short by Rs.X on the exact nozzle.

Test fuel is poured back into the tank, but the meter keeps counting it. Fuel Pump Book takes the test litres off Fuel Sold automatically, so your operator is never charged for test fuel. Each test is graded pass or fail at ±25 ml per 5 litres.

When you change a rate, the app asks for every nozzle's reading at that moment. At shift close it prices the litres before the change at the old rate and the litres after at the new rate, so there is no manual maths.

Yes, on the Pro plan. Each staff member gets their own login with their phone number and a password. They add Online payments and Pending Due sales against their nozzle during the shift, and you see them when you close it.

Record a Pending Due when a customer takes fuel on credit. Fuel Pump Book keeps each customer's balance, records payments when they pay, and lets you send a WhatsApp reminder with one tap.

No. The reminder opens WhatsApp on your phone with the message already written. You press send. There is no extra charge.

The first month is free and you don't need to pay to start. After that, Standard is ₹100 per nozzle and Pro is ₹149 per nozzle. A pump with 4 nozzles pays ₹400 a month on Standard or ₹596 a month on Pro. Bigger stations can ask for a Custom plan on a call.

Your data is stored in a secure cloud database, and only your owner account and the staff you add can see your pump. You can download a full Excel backup of your data from Settings at any time.

You need a mobile data or Wi-Fi connection to save entries. It works well on normal 4G mobile data.

No. Fuel Pump Book is for shift closing, tests, rates, pending dues, refills and expenses. It does not make GST invoices or track tank stock from dip readings.
