You don't need a computer or any training. Here is everything you do, from the first day to every handover after.
Day one: register your pump
Five short screens, about 10 minutes.

Your details
Name, email and phone number. This is your owner login.

Your pump
The pump's name and address, as you want it on reports.

Dispensers and nozzles
Type each dispenser's number (for example 398) and how many nozzles it has. Pick Petrol (MS) or Diesel (HSD) for each. Names like D-#398-MS-1 are made for you.

Staff
Name, phone number and a password for each operator. They sign in with these on their own phone.

Review and create
Check everything once and create your pump. You can change any of it later in Settings.
Every day after
Start of shift
Pick the operators
Choose who runs each dispenser. Opening readings come from the last shift's closing readings.
During the shift
Entries as they happen
You or your staff add Online payments and Pending Dues against the nozzle. Record tests and rate changes when they happen.
Handover
Close the shift
Go dispenser by dispenser: type the closing readings and the cash. Check the Difference, read the summary, and start the next shift.
Any time
Collect dues
Open Pending Dues to see who owes what, record payments, and send WhatsApp reminders.
